Getting Started Once you have filled out this form we will establish a client account for you. When you have a client account, you will be able to provide information to us through a secure channel. We will also be able to let you know what is going on with your case.
What happens once I submit this form? You will be assigned a client id number with our office based on the name you provide. You will also be provided with a matter id and a password. Once your file is setup you will be able to log on to our server and with your password and your matter id you will be able to see what is happening in your case.
What information is required? To provide you with access to your account we only need your legal name and a secure email address. Once you submit this form you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to log into your account, where you will be able to set your own password.
Use your legal name Please provide us with your complete legal name. We are going to make a file for you based on your legal name. Please provide us your name as it appears on your birth certificate, passport or drivers license. You will be assigned a client id number with our office based on the name you provide. You will also be provided with a matter id. You will be able to log on to your file if you have your client id and your matter id to see what is going on with your case.

If you don't have an absolutely secure email address or you are not sure don't worry, you will only receive emails notices from us that we want to communicate with you or that we have information to communicate to you but to access thebspecific information you will need a password to our site. Even so it is a good idea to change your email password at a time like this.
